We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources manager to lead our Human Resources department and drive the strategic HR initiatives for our growing IT organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of HR in a similar sized organization, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. The Senior Human Resources manager will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent. Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives. Provide strategic guidance to senior management on all HR-related matters. Lead the HR team in implementing HR programs and initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR. Policy Development: Design, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company objectives. Ensure HR policies align with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and maintaining ethical practices. Conduct regular audits and updates of policies to ensure effectiveness and relevance to business needs. Employee Engagement and Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Performance Management: Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system that aligns individual goals with company objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. Identify and address performance issues in a constructive manner. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits. Organizational Development: Identify and implement organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee morale. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR. Provide regular HR policy updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Prepare reports and insights for executive decision-making. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in an IT organization of similar size (up to 500 employees). Skills: Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. Ability to lead organization transformation projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR programs and initiatives. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated Experience with HRIS,HRMS systems and other HR technologies.
