Job Description

Recruitment of staff, workers, and apprentices under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme). Onboarding of new joiners, including documentation and induction. Preparing and maintaining up-to-date personnel files for all employees. Coordinating health check-ups for all new joiners and organizing annual health check-ups. Managing full and final settlement and exit formalities for resigned/terminated employees. Drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and SOPs. Conducting training sessions for employees on HR policies and SOPs. Monitoring and maintaining attendance, leave records, and overtime data for staff and workers. Processing payroll in coordination with the finance department. Handling queries and processes related to PF, ESIC, and Mediclaim. Managing employee grievances and implementing disciplinary actions as required. Planning and executing employee engagement and welfare activities. Verifying and processing monthly wage bills for housekeeping, security, and casual workers. Supervising housekeeping and security operations, ensuring cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards are maintained. Managing canteen operations, including vendor coordination and hygiene standards. Arranging travel and hotel bookings for employees and external visitors. Managing attendance and salary disbursement for NAPS/NATS apprentices. Updating and maintaining the daily HR MIS report for internal tracking and management review. Show more Show less
