Senior Human Resources Analyst

As a data-driven HR Analytics Manager at BDO India LLP, your role will involve leading reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics to translate complex HR data into actionable insights for business leaders and HR teams. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and managing HR dashboards and advanced reports. - Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business leaders to provide insights-driven solutions. - Ensuring data accuracy and compliance in reporting. - Driving continuous improvement in HR data processes and tools. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in HR analytics/reporting roles. - Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and HRIS reporting tools. - Strong analytical mindset with storytelling and visualization abilities. - Experience working across HR functions and presenting to leadership.
