HR Systems and Technology: Implementing, managing, and maintaining HR systems, such as HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), performance management software, and applicant tracking systems Workplace Relations: Addressing employee inquiries and concerns, mediating disputes, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
