About the Role: Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a talented HR professional with strong experience in HR generalist and knowledge of compliances to assist leading the HR domain. The Ideal Candidate: Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges High ownership levels Comfortable handling employee issues Numbers-oriented Talent in recruiting candidates Strong communication Roles/Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Write JDs, manage end to end funnel of posting jobs, conducting first round of interviews, closing positions within TAT. Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and schedule interviews 2. Employee Orientation Creating onboarding plans Conduct employee orientation to newly hired employees by educating them on HR policies, internal processes, etc. 3. General HR Support HR head by being point of contact for the employees and HODs for the business Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR function Deal with employee requests regarding HR function Ensure adherence to policies and act as an internal control representative Identify and implement practices to improve employee morale and motivation 4. Payroll Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Possess knowledge of the labour laws, ensuring compliance with the Provident Fund, ESI and other statutory acts. Ensuring timely payouts of salaries to employees Exit Management 5. Employee Engagement Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approvals and initiating activities.
