*Hiring for HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Steel Industry* *Experience: 18+ years* Location: Srikalahasti, Tirupati - Andhra Pradesh Salary: 15+ LPA *Preferrable Immediate Joiners* Key Responsibilities: Drive performance appraisal cycles and implement KPI-based evaluations. Provide guidance on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and career development initiatives. Develop and implement competitive salary structures and benefits programs. Conduct benchmarking studies and manage payroll compliance. Design and execute R&R frameworks to enhance employee engagement. Promote a high-performance culture through incentive programs. Draft, review, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and best practices. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Establish and enforce SOPs for HR operations to ensure consistency and efficiency. Monitor HR processes and recommend continuous improvements. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Act as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
