Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations and HR delivery for the process. • Expert in onboarding process and overall experience in End- to-End Employee Life cycle management from Offer processing to Exit of the Employee. • Creating, implementing and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures and structures. • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status • Responding to employees queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. • Provide employee relations counseling in accordance with various regulations and human resource procedures including conflict resolution, progressive discipline, terminations, and other employee matters. • Partner with employees to provide guidance on policies and employment law. • Work to update and maintain HR dashboards. • Maintain strict confidentiality of client, company, and personnel information. • Provide support for implementation of Key HR initiatives at Organizational level. • Provide support on HR Compliance. • Employee engagement, lead and anchor employee engagement initiatives, drive action planning. • Work on attendance, payroll, grievance handling, employee welfare etc. • Carry out Gap Analysis. Initiate actions based on surveys and studies on employee satisfaction. • Conducts meetings with respective business units. • Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. • 6 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR operations and employee relations. • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of HR & an understanding of employment Law / HR practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus About Company Cognitus combines deep expertise with a passion for innovation to help businesses thrive in today's dynamic market.
