The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end hiring processes. Key Responsibilities Handle bulk hiring for sales, field executives, and other non-IT positions. Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins. Conduct screening, shortlisting, and initial interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure timely closure of open positions within the given TAT. Maintain recruitment data and reports for analysis. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and challenges. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Naukri, Apna, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
