The ideal candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with best HR practices and labor laws. This role requires a proactive leader who can align HR strategies with business goals, mentor HR teams, and enhance employee engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a strong talent pipeline. Onboarding & Employee Experience: Oversee seamless onboarding processes and implement engagement programs for employee satisfaction and retention. Employee Relations & Culture Building: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture. Performance Management & Leadership Development: Drive performance evaluation processes, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Compensation, Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, and benefits administration while ensuring legal compliance. Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs for skill enhancement and leadership development. HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvements. Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices. Exit & Retention Strategies: Manage resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and implement employee retention strategies. Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Tech with an MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Experience: Minimum 8 - 12 years of HR leadership experience. Expertise in: HR policies, talent management, labor laws, and employee engagement. Skills: Strong proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office, and HR analytics.
