Senior HR Manager (US Shift) - Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

• Understand various organizational cultures and develop strategies to enhance HR processes and practices.
  
• Leverage a data-driven approach to assess, plan, and optimize the hiring process and recruitment team performance.
  
• Foster a culture where employees act as strong brand ambassadors.
  
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to plan and implement effective change management initiatives.
  
• Utilize HRIS tools to efficiently plan, execute, and measure HR operations.
  
• Identify bottlenecks within HR processes and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
  
• Lead, manage, and support members of the recruitment team; establish and monitor their KPIs.
  
• Mentor and guide team members to help them achieve higher levels of professional maturity and performance.
  
• Prepare and present KPI and performance reports to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and various HR functional modules.
  
• Highly self-disciplined and organized, with a process-oriented approach to management and reporting.
  
• Hands-on expertise in HRMS/HRIS platforms such as

  Keka

  or

  Greythr

  (mandatory).
• Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and bring out the best in team members.
  
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and pride in work, with a clear focus on contributing to organizational success.
  
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Experience in managing both senior and junior HR professionals.
  
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  

• Education:

  Graduation is must.(Any Graduate)

• Experience:

  Minimum of 10 years in the HR function, including at least 3 year in a

  Senior Team Lead

  or

  HR Manager

  role.
