Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
  • Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  • Design and implement onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Oversee and maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and leaves.
  • Ensure timely preparation and issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
  • Manage full and final settlements, resignation formalities, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labor laws, and company policies.

3. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Draft, review, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and code of conduct documents.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies across all levels.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with the POSH Act and other statutory requirements.

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
  • Conduct periodic employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Support management in building a positive and motivating workplace culture.

5. Performance Management

  • Facilitate the KRA/KPI process for all employees.
  • Support managers in goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

6. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the COO and HR Head for manpower planning and strategy.
  • Submit periodic HR MIS reports — attendance, attrition, recruitment status, and policy compliance.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain healthy internal communication.
  • Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
