Senior HR Manager (HRBP)

You’ll be a key strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring our people agenda aligns with the company’s mission while keeping the workplace dynamic, inclusive, and growth-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Partnering:

  Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard the right talent efficiently.

• Performance Management:

  Drive performance cycles, appraisals, goal-setting, and continuous feedback programs.

• Employee Engagement:

  Conceptualize and execute engagement initiatives to enhance morale, retention, and productivity.

• Learning & Development:

  Identify skill gaps and design L&D programs to upskill employees for future roles.

• HR Operations:

  Oversee payroll inputs, HRIS systems, and maintain data accuracy across HR processes.

• Compliance & Policy Management:

  Ensure adherence to statutory and labour regulations (EPF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).

• Culture & Change Management:

  Foster a performance-driven and inclusive culture while leading organizational change.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  Present insights and dashboards to leadership on attrition, manpower cost, and HR metrics.

Who You Are

• 6–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-scaling organizations or multi-city setups.
• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, HR operations, and people leadership.
• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and data analytics.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
