Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Experience: Minimum 12 years of recruitment experience, preferably within engineering, oil & gas, or EPCM industries.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, followed by master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Compensation: As Per Market Standard

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and technical positions, from requisition to onboarding.
  • Partner with discipline managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize job boards, various job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, recruiting consultants and referrals to build talent pipelines.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics using the applicant tracking system.
  • Promote Equinox Engineering’s employer brand and enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment within the engineering and EPCM sectors.

Key Skills:

  • Must possess strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and placing engineering and technical professionals
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
