We are looking for a sharp and dependable HR Executive who can handle end-to-end recruitment , basic HR operations , and assist with general office/admin coordination . This is a multitasking, generalist role in a fast-moving consumer products company ideal for someone who enjoys owning outcomes, working closely with the founder, and getting things done without layers. Key Responsibilities : Recruitment (Primary) - 70% focus Source and shortlist candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels Screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate joining Maintain hiring pipeline and track positions across roles Focus on sales, operations, and back-office recruitment HR Operations - 20% Prepare offer letters and appointment documents Collect and maintain employee records and joining documents Coordinate with accounts for salary inputs, attendance, leaves Admin Coordination - 10% Handle sample dispatch coordination, couriers, office follow-ups Support founder with small tasks that need ownership Why Join Us?
