· Lead recruitment for medical, paramedical, nursing & administrative positions
· Manage onboarding, joining formalities & HR induction for new employees
· Maintain employee records, HRMS entries & statutory documentation
· Monitor biometric attendance & coordinate monthly payroll inputs
· Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity & labour laws
· Drive employee engagement activities & handle grievances
· Assist with KRAs, appraisals, and training & development processes
Candidate Requirements
· MBA/PG in Human Resources
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Medical College HR
· Strong communication, coordination & documentation skills
· Hands-on experience with HR operations and compliance
· Ability to manage multi-department HR activities efficiently
