Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager with 2 to 7 years of experience to lead our Human Resources department in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
• Develop compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain qualified employees.
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
• Manage succession planning of staff to ensure future growth and development.
• Strategize long/short-term directions by forecasting future manpower requirements and designing plans for acquiring requisite skills and competencies.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire.
• Organize learning and development programs and ensure timely resolution of employee requests and grievances.
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and excellent communication abilities.
• Leadership skills and ability to foster healthy employee relations.
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR/MHRM.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR field.
• Experience in IT Software - Ecommerce / Internet Technologies is preferred.
