Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for experienced positions, well versed with headhunting and talent acquisition. Should be able to source and hire candidates through non traditional ways Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent for all levels in the industry. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who can meet organizational standards. Is responsible for Orientation training, setting KRA's and KPI's across all departments Organize training and development activities to attain efficiency in all levels Monitor performance and conduct reviews to ensure high productivity Desired Candidate Profile Proven track record of successful headhunting and talent acquisition experiences. Knowledge and experience in hiring for Telecom or Internet Service Providers will be an advantage
