Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles within the infrastructure domain.
Build robust sourcing strategies through portals, referrals, vendor coordination, and networking platforms.
Drive candidate assessments, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
Strengthen employer branding by ensuring consistent candidate experience and engagement.

HR Operations

Oversee employee data management, documentation, and HR systems updates.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management in alignment with client policies.
Support compliance reporting, HR metrics, and employee grievance handling.
Prepare dashboards and MIS reports related to headcount, attrition, and HR activities.

HR Business Partnering

Partner with business heads to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Manage performance management cycles, KPIs, and appraisal coordination.
Design and implement engagement and recognition programs for on-site and project-based teams.
Support workforce planning, training needs identification, and change management initiatives.
