Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Highways Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highways engineering and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop highway projects, including road geometry, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.
Conduct site investigations and surveys to determine the condition of existing highways.
Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in highways engineering, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of highways design principles, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in relevant software applications, such as CAD and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
