Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruiting Nurses, Physicians, Therapists, Technicians, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare providers in the US region for permanent and contractual positions.
- Using the comprehensive job description, source candidates from job portals and internal databases.
- Reach out to candidates who fit the criteria via call, Text, email, or LinkedIn.
- Also use job postings on employment websites and social media platforms to market the jobs and attract applicants.
- Utilize pinpoint screening techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Need to be a team player, work closely with team managers, and design recruiting strategies for each job position you work on.
- Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with candidates.
