About the Role

Senior Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  electrical components and sub-systems

  for complex products.
• Conduct

  prototyping, bench testing, and validation

  of electrical designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues; identify and evaluate technical solutions.
  
• Perform

  research and feasibility studies

  to support product design and innovation.
• Translate design inputs into

  engineering specifications

  and detailed design documentation.
• Identify, evaluate, and select electronic components that meet design and performance requirements.
  
• Manage

  component lifecycle activities

  , including obsolescence tracking, EOL notifications, and change order execution (ECR/ECO/MCO).
• Ensure compliance with

  environmental and safety regulations

  (RoHS, REACH, etc.).
• Provide

  technical support

  for component-related issues during design and manufacturing phases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree

  in Electronics or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• 4–6 years

  of relevant work experience in hardware design and development.
• Strong understanding of

  electrical design processes

  , components, and manufacturing methods.
• Proficiency in

  Altium Designer

  ,

  CAE

  , and

  simulation tools

  .
• Expertise in

  analog and digital circuit design

  ,

  high-power and high-frequency circuits

  , and

  low-EMI design techniques

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  soldering, desoldering

  , and

  circuit troubleshooting

  using measurement tools.
• Experience with

  circuit simulation tools

  such as PSpice, LTspice, and

  signal integrity (SI)

  analysis tools.
• Familiarity with

  FPGA systems

  and

  embedded system design

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of

  controlled impedance trace routing techniques

  .
• Experience in

  multi-layer PCB design

  .

Additional Information

• Travel Requirement:

  Up to 10%.

• Work Flexibility:

• Onsite: Work is fully based at the facility.
  
• Hybrid: Combination of onsite and remote work, as agreed with the supervisor.
