Senior Group Leader

We are looking for a dynamic Group Coordinator to help manage, organize, and grow our business networking community.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience & Coordination

• Be the single point of contact for all group members.
• Manage communication, reminders, and updates through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
• Ensure members attend meetings and events regularly.
• Maintain accurate attendance, follow-up, and feedback records.

Event & Meeting Management

• Coordinate logistics for two monthly in-person meetings and online sessions.
• Ensure meetings start and end on time, materials are ready, and the experience is seamless.
• Work with venues, vendors, and partners for hospitality, photoshoots, and event needs.

Community Engagement

• Help onboard new members and assist in introductions within the network.
• Drive engagement through social media, follow-ups, and group discussions.
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives to showcase member success stories.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain membership database and CRM updates.
• Assist in billing, payments, and coordination with the accounts team.
• Prepare and circulate monthly reports and updates to leadership.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati).
• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable.
• Comfortable with digital tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Canva, CRM systems).
• Strong time management and multitasking ability.
• Experience in event coordination, client servicing, or business networking preferred.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
