Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient videographer to capture, produce, and edit premium-quality video content for our Spiritual Leader/Founder. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and the ability to project the founder’s teachings in a compelling and globally appealing manner. Key Responsibilities If you have the videography skills, its a added bonus to your recruitment . Filming & Production: Capture high-quality, visually stunning video content for global audiences. Shoot spiritual discourses, yoga sessions, events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments. Ensure seamless execution of shoots, maintaining proper lighting, angles, and composition. Editing & Post-Production: This is the key role expectation from this job post . Edit content professionally with cinematic storytelling, maintaining brand tonality. Add relevant music, transitions, animations, and motion graphics for high-end visual appeal. Color grading and sound editing to enhance production quality. Technical Excellence & Innovation:Use high-end cameras, drones, and advanced filming equipment to create world-class footage. Stay updated on the latest trends in videography, editing, and digital storytelling. Maintain an organized archive of video assets for efficient content repurposing. Social Media & Digital Adaptation:Ensure all video content is optimized for various digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create short-form, engaging clips tailored for online audience engagement. Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in high-end videography and post-production editing. Expertise in filming techniques, lighting, and advanced camera equipment. Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and aesthetic composition. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines with efficiency. Prior experience working in sports sector, wellness sector and / or a global influencer-based content experience is a plus. Strong creative vision and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a global brand. Ability to travel occasionally for on-location shoots.
