Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take complete ownership of visual communication across multiple brands and projects. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality creatives that align with strategic goals while ensuring brand consistency.

This role calls for someone with strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts for digital campaigns, branding, social media, print, and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all materials.
• Guide and review the work of junior designers to ensure quality and creativity.
• Present design ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams or clients.
• Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and emerging tools to keep work fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in style and conceptual strength.
• Excellent sense of layout, color, typography, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle end-to-end design execution independently.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
