Senior Graphic Designer – Visual Communications

Location: Pathways World School – Corporate Office, Main MG Road, New Delhi

Pathways World School is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development and management of all visual content and design communications across the school. Based at our Corporate Office in Delhi, this role is dedicated to shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Pathways World School across digital and print platforms.

As the custodian of our visual brand, you will ensure that all creative output — from social media graphics to event collateral and dynamic animations — reflects the school’s ethos, values, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage all visual communication for Pathways World School across social, digital, and print channels
• Develop consistent and brand-aligned creative assets for school campaigns, marketing, admissions, newsletters, internal communications, and events
• Utilize a variety of design platforms including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI-powered software for enhanced creativity and efficiency
• Ensure visual design is strategically aligned with written content and school messaging
• Collaborate with marketing, content, academic, and admissions teams to deliver cohesive visual collaterals and campaigns
• Lead design projects from concept through execution, maintaining high quality and creativity
• Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all touchpoints
• Stay informed about design trends, AI advancements, and best practices in the education and creative industries

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Should have agency side experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to institutional or education brands
• Expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with AI design and animation tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, branding, digital, print work, and animation projects
• Excellent understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience using AI-powered animation and design platforms (e.g., Runway ML, Canva Magic Studio, D-ID) to produce engaging visual content efficiently
• Ability to conceptualize and create content that supports storytelling and marketing goals, working closely with photographers and videographers
• Knowledge of print production processes and vendor collaboration to ensure high-quality final products
• Experience designing for the education sector or institutional communication, understanding the nuances of this field
