Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual design direction for campaigns, branding, and product communication.

• Deliver high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business goals into impactful designs.

• Maintain and evolve brand identity through consistent and innovative visual language.

• Own projects end-to-end — from concept, ideation, and design to delivery.

• Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring design quality and team growth.

• Optimize workflows, templates, and design systems for scalability and speed.

• Stay updated with design trends and bring innovative approaches to the team.

Skills & Competencies

:• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

.• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand storytelling

.• Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns, branding, and visual systems

.• Good understanding of motion graphics / video editing tools (a plus)

.• Strong presentation and communication skills

.• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
