About the Role

Senior Graphic Designer

This role requires excellent creative vision, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and develop
branding, communication, and design concepts
for diverse clients.
Create designs across multiple mediums including
print, digital, and event collaterals
.
Ensure all outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and content for cohesive campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and supervise
junior designers
to maintain quality standards.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery.
Research and adopt
latest design trends, tools, and technologies
for innovation.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
.
Knowledge of
CorelDRAW
(preferred, not mandatory).
Basic video editing knowledge in
Adobe Premiere Pro
.
Strong understanding of
typography, layouts, color theory, and branding
.
Ability to
strategize and translate concepts into impactful visuals
.
Proven
leadership, communication, and team management
skills.

Qualifications

Graduate in
Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field
.
Minimum
4 years of professional experience
in advertising, marketing, or events.
Demonstrated experience in
leading/managing a design team
