Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to create high-quality visuals that alignwith our marketing and branding needs. The role focuses on the execution of design projects based on briefsprovided, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and adherence to design specifications. The idealcandidate will work extensively on print collateral, hoardings, newspaper ads, digital ad material, social mediacreatives, thumbnails, and other marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Execution:
• Develop creative designs for print and digital materials, including brochures, hoardings,
  

newspaper advertisements, flyers, and social media ads.

• Design thumbnails, promotional banners, and other visual assets tailored for digital
  

platforms.

• Create high-quality visuals that effectively communicate marketing messages and align with
  

the provided brief.

• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing
  

materials.

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize designs.
• Visualization and Creativity:
• Interpret design briefs and visualize concepts that align with marketing objectives.
• Apply a strong understanding of typography, color schemes, and layouts to create impactful
  

visuals.

• Resource Utilization:
• Source appropriate images, icons, and graphic elements from platforms like Freepik,
  

Shutterstock, and other design resources.

• Edit and enhance images to suit design requirements.
• Tool Proficiency:
• Use tools like Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality designs.
• Optimize files for various mediums, including print and digital platforms.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver
  

designs on time.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with design objectives.
  

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in graphic design, particularly in creating marketing materials forprint and digital platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Experience working with stock image platforms like Freepik, Shutterstock, etc. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles. Ability to follow briefs meticulously and deliver results within deadlines. Attention to detail and the ability to produce polished, high-quality designs.

Preferred Qualifications

 Prior experience in designing for the real estate or related industries. Familiarity with printing specifications and guidelines for large-format designs like hoardings.
