Job Profile

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who thrives on turning briefs into scroll-stopping visuals. From Reels to carousels, pitch decks to performance ads—your designs will define the aesthetic signature of iLEAD’s digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution

• Create polished, on-brand creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, web banners, and more.
• Design pitch decks, print assets, ads, motion-friendly carousel formats, event branding, and mailers.
• Work closely with content, video, and marketing teams to align visual and narrative tone.

AI-Driven Design Workflow

• Use AI platforms (ChatGPT for brief generation, MidJourney for concept art, Firefly for asset manipulation).
• Build prompt libraries and visual concept boards for AI-generated creativity.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and data.

Digital & Web Aesthetics

• Develop consistent visual identity across website UI blocks, landing pages, emailers, and microsites.
• Apply mobile-first design thinking and responsiveness for web/digital assets.
• Create moodboards, concept decks, and design rationales for campaigns.

Tools & Proficiency

• Figma (UI/UX layouts, responsive designs)
• Adobe Photoshop (creative editing, social graphics)
• Illustrator (illustrations, logos, vector elements)
• InDesign (brochures, catalogs, presentations)
• Canva Pro, MidJourney, Firefly or similar AI tools

Key Traits

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or premium education/brand space preferred).
• Strong visual storytelling and layout instincts.
• Aesthetic intelligence with a balance of minimalism and creative edge.
• Comfortable working with tight turnarounds, feedback loops, and campaign-based design.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of animation, After Effects, or Webflow.
