1. Role OverviewThe Senior Graphic Designer will lead creative design projects, develop visual concepts, manage branding consistency, and deliver high-quality design output across digital and print media. This role also involves mentoring junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful visual communication.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Creative Design & Concept DevelopmentDevelop creative concepts and design solutions for marketing campaigns, brand communication, and product promotion.
Create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms: social media, websites, emailers, UI elements, ads, and presentations.
Design print materials such as brochures, packaging, banners, posters, catalogs, and corporate branding.
Ensure brand consistency across all design assets.
B. Project Leadership & Team CollaborationLead design projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and creative direction.
Review, guide, and mentor junior designers and interns.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, product, and leadership teams to understand requirements.
Provide design recommendations and creative input in meetings.
C. Branding & Visual IdentityMaintain and enhance the brand’s visual style and identity.
Develop brand guidelines and enforce compliance across departments.
Ensure quality control and consistency in all design outputs.
D. Technical ExpertiseUse design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, etc.
Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with print vendors when required.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
3. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in graphic designing with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in digital and print design.
Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX is a plus.
