About the Role

Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for digital and print media.
• Lead end-to-end design projects, from brainstorming to final delivery.
• Develop marketing materials such as posters, brochures, social media creatives, presentations, and web graphics.
• Create and edit videos including promotional videos, motion graphics, reels, explainers, and corporate videos.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Guide and mentor junior designers when required.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  7 years of professional experience

  in graphic design.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong experience in

  video editing

  and

  motion graphics

  .
• Excellent sense of visual design, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to interpret briefs and convert concepts into engaging visuals.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
• Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is an added advantage.
• Experience in leading or mentoring design teams.
