Job Description

Experience- 3-4 years Location - Hyderabad (Work From Home for now) Notice Period - 15days CTC - Based on the Experience and interview rounds We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of experience in creative roles within agency or startup environments. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of creativity and innovation. Reporting to the Design Manager/Brand Team Manager, the designer will play a key role in executing visually compelling and functional marketing materials that align with our brand and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Visual Brainstorming Work closely with the Design Manager/Brand Manager to conceptualize and develop engaging digital artwork. Collaborate with content marketers and writers to create impactful collateral, including brochures, social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Amazon) landing pages, short videos, Ecommerce Assets, and media banners. Creative Ideation Develop creative concepts that align with partner schools brand guidelines and industry trends. Contribute innovative design ideas during brainstorming sessions. Creative Project Oversight Take ownership of design projects, ensuring timely execution and approval. Streamline creative workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times. Design Excellence Review Deliver high-quality designs that adhere to partner school guidelines. Provide constructive feedback to agency designers to maintain design excellence. Creative Team Guidance Allocate resources effectively and help manage workloads to optimize productivity. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3-4 years of creative experience in an agency or startup setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and figma basic for landing pages. Ability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams, incorporating analytical and creative feedback. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with professionals from diverse backgrounds. Passion for continuous learning, staying updated on design trends, tools, and techniques through courses and workshops.
