We are an international professional services business, looking for a dynamic Senior Global Recruitment Consultant to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This position will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions and functions. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of international hiring, creative sourcing techniques, and exceptional stakeholder management. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across multiple regions and functions Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines Utilize data-driven insights to track, report, and optimize recruitment performance and efficiency Collaborate with global TA teams to enhance recruitment best practices Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in global recruitment, with both agency and in-house experience preferred Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across multiple levels and departments High proficiency in Boolean search and other sourcing tools Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and metrics Ability to work independently, think creatively, and collaborate across time zones Right to work in India is required *This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
