Job Description

Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and developing strategic plans to drive transformation
Create a compelling business case outlining the financial feasibility and benefits of the GCC/SSC model, including cost-saving projections and efficiency gains
Define KPIs and SLAs to measure and track the effectiveness of shared services and GBS/GCC operations
Functional knowledge and expertise in Core HRIS system, such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian Dayforce, ServiceNow etc.
Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their objectives achieved
Work with cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, facilitating change management, and supporting decision-making
Hands -on experience in reporting and data analysis, i.e, FTE analysis, SLA monitoring etc.
Mentor and develop juniors, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform and enhance the transformation strategy

Skills and attributes for success

Experience in implementation of GCC/managed services/shared services and service delivery models
Experienced in HR transformation methods, frameworks and practical delivery
HR Operational experience in shared services/GCC delivery is advantageous
Knowledge of the technology being used to evolve and optimise shared services/GCC
Knowledge and market insights on the evolution of HR Operating Models and Shared Services
Knowledge of the AI use-cases for HR shared service optimisation
An experienced and dynamic communicator and influencer
Expertise in developing detailed business requirements and process documentation
