Senior Functional Consultant Experience: 8 + Years Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Noida, Chennai Key Responsibilities: Should have lead a role of ORC / learn lead and should have direct interaction with client. Minimum 5 years of Experience in Fusion Recruitment, On boarding and Offboarding implementation experience, rest of experience can be on Taleo Recruit Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant in ORC and learn. Must have a strong track record of delivering ORC/Taleo HCM and solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules Fusion Recruitment (Minimum 4 implementations) Fusion learn (Minimum 2 implementations) Taleo Onboarding and Offboarding Good to have the knowledge on below modules Fusion Talent Should have good communication and presentation skills Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation.
