Job Title - Sr. Full Stack Developer Office Location - Office No: 403-405, Time Square, CG Road,Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-380006. Duration & Type of Employment - Full Time Work Style - Hybrid In Office days - 3 days a week Relocation - Candidate must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad GJ, with reasonable notice. Immediate Joiner preferable Requirements # Tech Stack Backend: Node.js, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, Frontend Collaboration: React / NextJS Programming Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript Infrastructure: GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Docker , AWS , Serverless Documentation: OpenAPI Specification # Key Responsibilities Build and maintain serverless architectures, leveraging AWS Lambda and other relevant services, to ensure efficient and scalable solutions. Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems using Node.js and modern frameworks. Architect, define, and evolve RESTful APIs using OpenAPI specification and enforce standards across the team. Build reusable and accessible UI components integrated with a shared UI kit. Should know core concepts of the database management system. Guide the implementation of secure authentication & authorization flows (JWT, OAuth2, AD/SSO). Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to shape seamless end-user experiences. Set up, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews , setting best practices in testing, security, and modularity. Monitor application performance, debug production issues, and lead reliability improvements. Contribute to technical documentation , architecture decisions, and roadmap planning. Take ownership of delivery timelines, scoping, and system health. # Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development. Strong expertise in Node.js , React/Next.js , TypeScript , and modern JS practices . Proven experience in API design, versioning, and integration, especially using OpenAPI/Swagger . Solid understanding of security, data protection, and access control principles. Demonstrated experience with Git , testing frameworks (e.g. Jest , Vitest ), and Agile methodologies. Experience with Dockerized environments and CI/CD integration via GitLab or similar tools. Familiarity with ADFS , SSO, or enterprise identity providers is a plus. # Bonus Skills Experience in designing and maintaining design systems or UI libraries . Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or serverless frameworks. Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi) or DevOps practices. Start-up or rapid-growth company experience.
