Senior Full Stack .NET MVC Developer / Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers by providing technical guidance and monitoring their work.
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and QA to deliver scalable solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in
C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, HTML, JavaScript
.
Manage databases and queries with
MS SQL Server
and
MySQL
.
Ensure best practices are followed across the
full software development life cycle (SDLC)
.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain software quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of applications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into development practices.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years
of experience in software development with
.NET technologies
.
Proven experience in
ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, HTML, JavaScript
.
Strong knowledge of
MS SQL Server and MySQL
.
Solid understanding of
SDLC, software architecture, and design principles
.
Experience leading or mentoring a development team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
