Senior Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Full-Stack Developer & Founding Team Member at Toshani Premium Digital Services Pvt. Ltd, a Series-A Funded Fintech Startup, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling the end-to-end fintech platform from scratch. Core Responsibilities: - Design microservices architecture for the banking platform - Build web portals including admin, retailer, and customer dashboards - Develop React Native mobile apps for iOS/Android - Integrate 30+ banking APIs such as NPCI, AePS, BBPS, UPI, IDFC, Fino, NSDL - Implement a real-time transaction engine capable of handling 10,000+ TPS - Design cloud infrastructure using AWS/GCP & Kubernetes - Build a secure wallet and multi-level commission engine - Implement fraud detection, PCI DSS & RBI compliance - Create AI/ML features like analytics, spend insights, and prediction Qualification Required: - 7-10 years of full-stack development experience - Strong backend expertise in Node.js/Java/Go - Proficiency in PostgreSQL & Redis - Experience with microservices, API Gateway, and Message Queues - Proficiency in React and TypeScript - Experience with React Native mobile app development - Knowledge of Fintech/Banking domain including AEPS, DMT, BBPS, UPI - Cloud deployment experience using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes - Security-first mindset following PCI DSS/RBI guidelines Tech Stack You'll Work With: - Frontend: React 18+, Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, Redux Toolkit - Backend: Node.js (NestJS/Express) OR Java Spring Boot OR Go, Kafka/RabbitMQ - Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, TimescaleDB, Elasticsearch - Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Prometheus - Security: JWT, OAuth2.0, AES-256, TLS 1.3, HSM, API Gateway - Fintech Services: UPI, AEPS, DMT, BBPS, KYC/AML, NPCI APIs Ideal Candidate Traits: - Built high-scale fintech platforms handling 100K+ daily transactions - Experience in at least 1 startup or high-growth product - Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities - Passion for financial inclusion and building Bharat-first products Additional Details: Toshani Premium Digital Services Pvt.
