ABOUT THE CLIENT: Our client helps digital marketing agencies communicate better with their clients by enabling them to streamline the communication process. They make it easy to generate reports, dashboards, and more, quickly and efficiently. As a well-funded and profitable SaaS company, they have paying customers in over 70+ countries worldwide. They are one of the fastest-growing SaaS startups in India, with multiple products in the Adtech domain. The client develops all-in-one client reporting software, allowing digital marketers to create reports and dashboards by blending data across multiple platforms and automating marketing reports. Additionally, they provide in-depth analytics using data pipelines to build data visualization dashboards and workflow systems, helping marketing agencies with their day-to-day operations. DEPARTMENT BRIEF: The engineering team works primarily with Ruby on Rails and React-Redux to develop software for a wide range of customers. Their work pace completes the SDLC (design, development, and delivery) in less than two weeks. Developers are empowered to work closely with product and customer-facing teams to release features that best suit customer needs. The focus is on building and owning features end-to-end. This involves design, development, and constant enhancement of released features. Code reviews, unit tests, and performance monitoring ensure high-quality deliverables. Candidates will work on challenging problems, top-notch UX, and various third-party APIs across products. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Own modules of the application right from design and development to performance management once in production Build applications for scale, and take care of application performance metrics along with functionality Prioritize and ensure technical debt is cleared Streamline and improve development and release process Work within the product team to enhance the capabilities of product Stay on top of things happening in the developer community and plan for API upgrades and tooling Product focused development JOB REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of work experience. End-to-end web development experience. Ability to design for performance and scalability. Hands-on experience with the following technology stack, with the ability to become an end-to-end web developer: Front-end development : React JS, Angular JS, Redux, Backbone, KnockOut, etc. Back-end development : Ruby on Rails, Python, Django, Node. Java programming : Strong experience in any of the above. Strong database design skills, with the capability to maintain databases with millions of rows. Experience in working with CRM systems like Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and working with APIs to sync the data is a plus
