Senior Full stack developer- Optimizely

Role Overview: As a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Optimizely and Next.js, you will play a crucial role in architecting and delivering exceptional digital experiences across web and commerce platforms. Your responsibilities will include leading development initiatives, influencing architectural decisions, and collaborating across departments to implement innovative and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Optimizely CMS/Commerce and Next.js. - Build modern front-end experiences using Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) with Next.js. - Integrate Optimizely CDP to deliver personalized, data-driven user experiences. - Utilize Optimizely DAM to manage and deliver digital assets efficiently. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and marketers to create user-friendly, conversion-optimized experiences. - Maintain and enhance application architecture with a focus on availability, scalability, and security. - Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices. - Write clean, testable code and maintain robust documentation. - Stay current with updates in the Optimizely suite and emerging development technologies. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of professional full stack development experience. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS and/or Commerce. - Solid experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and front-end performance optimization. - Strong backend knowledge in .NET / C#, ASP.NET MVC, and API integrations. - Experience with Optimizely CDP (data modeling, segmentation, personalization). - Familiarity with Optimizely DAM and digital asset workflows. - Proficiency in Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling. - Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and responsive design. - Experience with headless or hybrid CMS architectures is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Additional Information: The company values individuals who hold Optimizely Developer Certifications (CMS, Commerce, or CDP) and have experience with JAMstack architecture and headless CMS strategies. Familiarity with GraphQL and advanced data querying, along with a background in eCommerce, personalization-heavy, or content-rich web environments, is considered advantageous. Experience integrating external platforms like CRM, ERP, analytics, and marketing tools will also be beneficial in this role.,
