We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join a remote-first, collaborative team. In this role, you will design and build user interfaces that are both scalable and maintainable for a global user base. You will work closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and product owners to deliver high-quality frontend experiences. Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain frontend components across the full product lifecycle, ensuring usability, performance, and scalability
- Lead and own projects end-to-end, from design to deployment, influencing the long-term vision of the team
- Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and product owners to implement high-quality solutions
- Mentor and support other frontend engineers to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing
- Implement state-of-the-art frontend experiences using modern frameworks and tools
- Contribute ideas for product enhancements and productivity improvements
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and developing highly scalable web applications
- Expert knowledge of ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
- Proficiency with React ecosystem, including React, Redux, Webpack, and related technologies
- Familiarity with React Query, CSS Modules, Jest, Cypress/WebDriverIO, and Storybook
- Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and end-to-end automation
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design principles
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
