As a Senior Flutter Developer with 5-7 years of experience at Watch Your Health (WYH), a prominent Health-Tech provider in the Indian healthcare space, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart. You will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality applications, lead and manage a team of developers, optimize app performance, integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries, follow best coding practices, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications. Staying updated with the latest Flutter releases and best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart. - Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality applications. - Lead and manage a team of Flutter developers to achieve project goals. - Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness. - Work on integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. - Follow best coding practices and maintain a clean codebase. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications. - Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart. - Experience in developing cross-platform applications for iOS and Android. - Solid understanding of state management approaches (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod). - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data handling. - Experience with version control tools like Git. - Knowledge of Firebase and cloud integration. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - Excellent team management and communication skills.
