Senior Flutter Developer

What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end development of core features in

  Flutter mobile apps

  (Candidate & Recruiter).
• Architect modular, maintainable, and testable codebases using

  Riverpod/Bloc

  ,

  Clean Architecture

  , and

  SOLID

  principles.
• Integrate with backend systems (REST/GraphQL APIs, ATS/CRM platforms like LaborEdge or Sense).
• Implement

  offline-first

  experiences with local caching, background sync, and resilient networking.
• Optimize app

  performance

  animations

  , and

  load times

  across Android and iOS.
• Manage app

  releases, CI/CD pipelines

  store deployments

  (App Store, Play Store).
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape new features and ensure delightful UX.
• Mentor mid-level developers and maintain code quality through reviews and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years

  of experience in mobile development (at least 6

  years in Flutter/Dart

  ).
• Deep understanding of

  state management

  (Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, Provider).
• Experience with

  RESTful APIs
