The Role

Senior Frontend Developer

This isn't just a coding jobyou'll be a key decision-maker in product features, architecture, and user experience.

What You'll Do

Product Development:

• Build the entire frontend architecture for our Flutter-based mobile application from the ground up
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive mobile interfaces
• Own the complete frontend development lifecyclefrom architecture to deployment

Technical Leadership:

• Make critical decisions on state management, API integrations, and app architecture
• Implement robust, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and manage app deployments (when ready)

Collaboration & Growth:

• Work closely with the product and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas beyond just implementation
• Mentor future frontend hires as the team expands

Must-Have Requirements

Experience:

• 4-7 years of professional mobile app development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Flutter & Dart

• Proven track record of building and shipping mobile applications to production

Technical Skills:

• Flutter/Dart

  - Must have production experience

• State Management

  - Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or equivalent (must be proficient)

• REST API Integration

  - Experience consuming and integrating backend APIs

• Material Design

  - Understanding of Material 3 design system and UI/UX principles

• Git/Version Control

  - Professional experience with Git workflows

• Responsive Design

  - Building apps that work across different screen sizes

Mindset:

• Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need hand-holding
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environment
• Quality-focused but pragmaticknows when to ship vs when to perfect
• Excited about 01 product building and wearing multiple hats

Good to Have

• Experience with

  app deployment

  (Play Store/App Store publishing process)

• Fintech or banking app

  development experience (payments, security, compliance)
• Understanding of

  app security best practices

  (encryption, secure storage, API security)
• Experience with

  animations and micro-interactions

  in Flutter
• Exposure to

  backend concepts

  (APIs, databases, authentication flows)
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio

Education

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Preferred:

  Graduates from top-tier universities/colleges
• However, we value skills and passion over pedigreeexceptional developers from any-tier are welcome.
