As a Senior Analyst in the Business Consulting function of EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), specializing in Financial Crime Compliance, you will play a critical role in supporting clients to ensure compliance with global sanctions laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Investigating and resolving alert investigations as per guidelines provided, distinguishing between true and false positives - Conducting quality checks, assisting the manager, and ensuring smooth delivery of work - Mentoring team members and providing training when required Qualifications required for this role include a strong academic background with a degree in finance, economics, accounting, commerce, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess the following knowledge, skills, and attributes: - Screening financial transactions and customer data against global sanctions lists - Proficiency in tools such as World-Check, Dow Jones Risk & Compliance, FICO, and more - Strong knowledge in MT & MX format messages - Attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and strong communication skills - Team player with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and staying up to date with compliance developments Ideally, you should have previous experience as a screening analyst in global banks, financial institutions, consulting firms, or business process service providers. The shift timings for this role are 9 PM start, and a professional certification (CGSS, CAMS, CFE, ICA, CCI, or equivalent) is preferred.
