We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of financial operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex financial projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic financial insights, and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making processes. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks, providing actionable recommendations. Collaborate with various teams to gather financial insights and contribute to business growth strategies. Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain compliance. Prepare and present annual reports and financial performance summaries to senior management. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior financial analysts within the team. Key Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles. Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in financial reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Educational Qualification: CA or MBA (Finance) preferred Notice Period Immediate joiners only (1 week or less)
