Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager based in Chikalim - Sansoale, South Goa. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial planning, budget management, and compliance monitoring. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing data to support decision-making, managing cash flow, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The role will also involve leading a team, streamlining financial operations, and working closely with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in financial planning, budget management, and cash flow analysis
• Expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, and compliance monitoring
• Leadership and team management skills to guide financial teams
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools, with attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the maritime or manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or similar qualifications are a plus
