Roles & responsibilities Preparation of consolidated financial statement Good knowledge of Indian accounting standard Ind AS/IFRS Good work experience in Excel, word, power point, Power bi preferable Having experience in internal audit Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with Statutory & Internal audit firms, and review Companys performance. Manage the monthly and quarterly close processes, including timely completion, compliance, and accuracy. Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 Plus years experience in the IT industry. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience in handling finance for publicly listed companies. Experience in handling global operations Strong motivational and team building skills. Excellent prioritization and decision making skills. Strong integrity, personal judgment and gravitas. Education Qualified CA. Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
