Senior Finance Manager

Job Description

Exposure with Big Four firms mandatory. Preparation of consolidated financial statement Good knowledge of Indian accounting standard Ind AS/IFRS Good work experience in Excel, word, power point, Power bi preferable Having experience in internal audit Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties. Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with Statutory & Internal audit firms, and review Companys performance. Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting. Manage the monthly and quarterly close processes, including timely completion, compliance, and accuracy. Work closely with the financial team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support. Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action. Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs. Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 Plus years experience in the IT industry. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience in handling finance for publicly listed companies. Experience in handling global operations Strong motivational and team building skills. Excellent prioritization and decision making skills. Strong integrity, personal judgment and gravitas.
