Hiring for Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller (IT Industry)

Qualified CA with
6+ years of hands-on experience
in accounting, taxation, and finance operations.
Only candidates with prior experience in IT companies
will be considered.
Proven experience in
multi-entity financial consolidation
and multi-country operations.
Strong
banking and treasury experience
, including securing financing and managing bank guarantees.
Expertise in
tax compliance
, statutory reporting, and audits.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and MIS reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
financial controlling
and ensure accurate, timely reporting across all entities.
Manage
multi-entity finances
, banking operations, and secure adequate funding, including working capital and asset financing.
Manage
Accounts Payable
, ensuring timely payments to vendors and proper purchase accounting.
Handle
direct and indirect taxation
, ensuring compliance, optimization, and zero penalties.
Maintain
statutory records
and ensure timely completion of audits (statutory, tax, internal).
Lead
monthly book closure and account finalization
, enabling multi-dimensional financial insights.
Prepare
budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
; ensure robust budgetary control on operating expenses.
Develop and deliver
MIS reports
and other financial insights for the CFO.
